I understand the market well, with almost 25 years in the recruitment industry across multiple countries in Europe and Australasia, including interim and permanent recruitment, outplacement and career Management in various stages, from start-up, turn-around, down-sizing, growth phase and more recently becoming an entrepreneur myself.
I keep up to date with the latest developments and have seen many interesting ideas, but have yet to see a truly innovative, disruptive and scalable solution. Many concepts are designed by super smart techies, they would benefit from someone who knows the industry and recognises whether their ideas will be well received and if so how to market the solution to the industry.
