Andrew, an Anderson Wise Partner, is a British national with nearly two decades of experience in human resources. His incredible journey began in London in 2004 with Badenoch & Clark, where he began his recruitment career. Andrew later founded Badenoch & Clark’s Financial Services business in Brussels, expanding his professional experience.

In 2008, Andrew’s interests took him to Luxembourg, where he specialised in recruiting for the private equity and real estate investment sectors. Andrew advanced his career by managing the financial services and legal teams before gradually taking on all operational aspects of the business. He was the Managing Director of Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg, where he successfully grew the team from 14 to 26 people, specialising in recruiting for a variety of industries such as financial services, finance and accounting, human resources, legal, sales and marketing, engineering, construction, office, information technology, and executive search.

Furthermore, Andrew served on the Executive Committee of the Adecco Group in Luxembourg and is currently the Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce. Andrew’s unwavering commitment to his profession is matched by his love of adventure. He enjoys snowboarding, running, and skiing with his young family, and he takes advantage of every opportunity to travel and visit his family in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
