Beginning her career as a Recruitment Assistant with Badenoch & Clark (formerly Ajilon Recruitment) in 2007 Anne-Sophie quickly advanced to the position of consultant within a year. She has since perfected her skills in identifying and recruiting high-potential talent in a variety of industries, including finance, industrial, commercial (such as manufacturing, telecommunications, and services), and fintech.

Anne-Sophie has a proven track record of successfully filling multiple positions with diverse profiles in her current role as a Manager in recruitment. Her fluency in French, English, and Spanish, as well as her previous experience as a sports coach, have given her the tools she needs to effectively manage and lead multicultural teams.
