Darren Robinson is a British national who first arrived in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in 2004 and is a distinguished leader in the field of recruiting. Before establishing Anderson Wise, Darren was a senior leader of a Global Fortune 500 staffing company, managing several European countries. He has gathered extensive recognition for his contributions to the recruitment industry and has played a pivotal role in establishing Luxembourg’s leading recruitment firm, earning him a reputation as a key influencer in the region.

With over two decades of international recruitment experience across Europe and Australia, Darren has overseen both temporary and permanent recruitment, as well as outplacement and career management teams, during all stages of the business life cycle. He has played a crucial role in the growth, turn-around, and downsizing of various businesses.

His impressive tenure on the council of the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) has made him a well-known figure in the business community, and his professional network of over 30,000 followers on LinkedIn has made him a respected and influential presence at corporate events around the city.

Darren is the President of the British-Luxembourg Society (BLS), established in 1947, and a Founding Member of the Business Club Luxembourg-United Kingdom (BCLUK), powered by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (CC) and the Luxembourg Embassy in London.

Other Memberships include; the Luxembourg Fund Industry Association (ALFI), Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA), Alternative Administrators Association (L3A), Luxembourg Business Angel Network (LBAN), and Luxembourg Institute of Directors (ILA).

When he is not engaged in his professional endeavors, Darren is passionate about #Profit4Good initiatives, funded by the Anderson Wise annual profits and personal donations.  Darren is a dedicated family man, taking pride in his teenage son’s success as a football player for a local team in Kehlen. His favourite film is the Highlander starring Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery and his favourite book(s) is the Shadow of the Wind series by Carlos Ruiz Zafón.
