Coming from Canada with an educational background in Business Administration and Psychology, Michael has a rich experience spanning over two decades. He embarked on his professional journey as a Banking and Finance consultant and subsequently dedicated over 12 years to Executive Search and Recruitment in Private Banking & Wealth Management in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Michael’s approach is highly personal, and it is based on his firm belief in the uniqueness of each individual.  Through a genuine interest, he facilitates seamless partnerships with candidates, guiding them through interview skills, self-presentation techniques, remuneration negotiation, and contract finalization.

He thus builds long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

A seasoned multilingual professional, Michael is fluent in Serbian/Croatian and English and has a basic understanding of Russian and German.
