Pawel, who is currently the Anderson Wise Recruitment & Business Manager, focuses on the Irish and Luxembourgish markets. Pawel moved to London from Poland when he was 10 years old, and he has developed a deep appreciation for culture and tradition while fluently developing his linguistic abilities in both English and Polish.

Pawel held a variety of customer-facing positions while studying Business Management at Roehampton University, which allowed him to develop his customer service skills. These abilities have proven useful in his current recruitment career, where he excels at in building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Beginning his recruitment career in Luxembourg in 2018, Pawel has worked with small start-ups as well as multinational industry leaders, gaining experience in sectors such as finance, banking, insurance, and legal.
