Saskia is a mother of two and a native Dutch speaker from the Netherlands. She began her career in recruitment in 2001 in Amsterdam, a city that is home to some of the world’s largest corporations and prestigious banking institutions. Saskia began her career in the temporary job market by moving to England in 2003 to work as a member of an executive search firm’s International team, providing support to clients throughout Europe, primarily in the financial services sector.

Saskia relocated to Luxembourg in 2006, where she took on a specialized role managing permanent recruitment operations for the financial services sector at Badenoch & Clark (previously Ajilon Recruitment). Saskia has extensive experience in a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, Fund Administration, Legal, Client Services, and Asset Management, among others. This ability has enabled her to gain a thorough understanding of the Luxembourg recruitment landscape, and she maintains strong professional relationships with both clients and candidates.

Furthermore, Saskia’s linguistic abilities enable her to strengthen her connections in a diverse environment such as Luxembourg, where she is fluent in German, English, and some French.
