She joined Anderson Wise in September 2019 as a Recruitment Partner, bringing with her over a decade of expertise in the permanent recruitment industry. Valerie is an active member of the Luxembourg staffing community, having previously worked at Robert Walters and Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg.

Having developed her expertise in the recruitment of Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal professionals within the Private Equity, Real Estate, and Financial Service sectors. Her extensive experience, combined with her master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Business Administration from the University of Metz, France, has earned her a well-deserved reputation as a respected and proactive recruitment professional. Valerie consistently provides excellent candidate profiles to her clients, establishing long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Valerie’s language skills are another asset; she is fluent in both French and English and has a good understanding of German. Her excellent communication skills enable her to work seamlessly with international clients and candidates, making her an invaluable member of the Anderson Wise team.
