5 years ago today, we incorporated Anderson Wise, our Independence Day.
As we celebrate Anderson Wise’s fifth anniversary, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude for what we have accomplished. Established in 2019, Anderson Wise has grown from a promising startup into Luxembourg’s leading executive search and recruitment firm, proudly bearing the ‘Made in Luxembourg’ label. Our journey has been one of passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
A Diverse and Dynamic Team
One of our greatest strengths lies in the diversity of our team. Our employees hail from various corners of Europe, reflecting Luxembourg’s multicultural ethos. Our team includes two Englishmen, two Belgians, three Frenchwomen, a Scotswoman, two Poles, a Dutchwoman, a German, a Serbian, and an Irishman. This rich blend of cultures and perspectives has been instrumental in driving our success and innovation.
Unparalleled Expertise
Although Anderson Wise was founded in 2019, our team members bring with them almost 200 years of combined recruitment experience in Luxembourg. Many of them recruiting since the early 2000s, and this extensive industry knowledge has enabled us to secure over 5000 career opportunities for individuals in Luxembourg.
Promoting Luxembourg as a Premier Destination
We are passionate about promoting Luxembourg as a top destination for talent and business. We collaborate closely with various associations to enhance Luxembourg’s attractiveness and are proud to be the only recruitment firm that is a member of ALFI – the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry. Our active participation in international roadshows, including those in Milan, London, and New York, underlines our commitment to this cause. Initiatives like #Talent4Lux and #Move2Lux exemplify our efforts in this area.
Leadership and Community Engagement
Our involvement in the community and industry extends beyond our business operations. As an active member of the HR & Talent Committee for the LPEA – Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and Co-Chair of the HR & Talent Committee for the L3A – Luxembourg Alternative Administrators Association, I have seen firsthand the impact of collaborative efforts in shaping a better future for Luxembourg’s workforce. Additionally, as President of the British-Luxembourg Society, I am honoured to engage and foster deeper ties and understanding between our communities. One of our partners also chairs the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg, further highlighting our leadership in the business community. Giving Back: #Profit4Good and #Talent4Trees
Our success brings with it a responsibility to give back to the community. Through our Katharina Kitzinger Memorial Fund and #Profit4Good initiatives, we ensure that a portion of our profits supports local and international charities. In 2023, we donated €10,000 to Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner and supported the Luxembourg NGO, Graine de Vie, by planting 10 trees for every candidate we placed and we now have our very own Nursery in Madagascar, supporting a village through work and food. Our commitment to social responsibility extends to supporting educational and development projects through Help the Maasai, each year we have donated €5000, dedicated to providing university education for women from the Masai Tribe in Tanzania, fostering empowerment through education. By championing these causes, we aim to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
